Description
This crockpot loaded steak and potato bake is the perfect weeknight comfort food—tender sirloin, buttery potatoes, melty cheddar, and savory broth, all slow-cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 large russet potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Layer potatoes and onions in the bottom of the crockpot.
3. Place seasoned steak on top of the vegetables.
4. Mix garlic, broth, Worcestershire, and more salt and pepper; pour over contents.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
6. 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheddar over the top and re-cover to melt.
7. Serve warm with sour cream and green onions.
Notes
Add cream cheese for extra richness.
Use chuck roast or round steak if sirloin isn’t available.
Top with bacon or crispy onions for added texture.
