Description

Ground chicken pizza crust is a high-protein, low-carb, gluten-free alternative to traditional dough. Easy to make, kid-approved, and perfect for pizza night!

Ingredients

Scale

450g ground chicken

2 large eggs

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese

20 slices pepperoni

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread mixture into thin crust on the baking sheet.

4. Bake for 25 minutes until firm and golden.

5. Let crust rest for 5 minutes.

6. Increase oven to 425°F, add sauce, cheese, and toppings.

7. Bake 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

8. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and crisp the bottom.

Letting the crust rest helps prevent sogginess.

Lean chicken works best for structure.
